Find Extra Shifts With No Resume Required

Wonolo is pioneering a “new way of working” by helping connect businesses with talented workers. So far, Wonolo has over 1 million workers and has posted a total of 1.8 million jobs. It typically posts jobs in the following industries:

  • Warehouse operations
  • General labor
  • Delivery drivers
  • Food production
  • Event staffing
  • Washing & cleaning
  • Administrative
  • Merchandising

One major aspect of Wonolo is that it doesn’t require a resume or extensive interview process to get started. This makes it a great way to earn income if you’re still working on building up your resume and work history.

On Wonolo, you have full control over your work schedule, get on-the-job experience in a wide range of industries, and can earn income that’s on par with a full-time job.

How Much Can I Make?

This depends on how many shifts you decide to work per week as well as how long these shifts last. We scanned through job listings in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta and the hourly rates range from $15-$25 per hour depending on the type of gig.

With this in mind, if you were to pick up two five-hour shifts over the weekend at $20/hour then you could expect to earn an extra $200 per week or $800 per month. On top of that, you will typically receive payment for your shifts within five business days of completing your gig.

On top of the cash, Wonolo also lets you take advantage of the benefits that it offers through third-party providers for health insurance, investing, and telemedicine.

Getting Started

To get started on Wonolo, you need to be over 18, have a valid SSN, and have access to a smartphone so that you can check in and out of shifts. If you check all three of these boxes then just download their app and create a profile.

You’ll likely be able to start accepting shifts within a day of signing up. But, in rare cases, you may be required to complete a background check depending on the specific job that you accept.
